Ruby Behavior Consulting
Greetings from CEO
Hi! My name is Aliza Quinlan, I am the founder and CEO of Ruby Behavior Consulting.
With my 18 years of experience and professional expertise, I will draw on behaviorally informed, person centered and trauma informed care to support your family in reaching goals.
I will utilize experience supporting families with behaviorally informed solutions, problem-solving skills for the whole family, and individual skills in emotional regulation and interpersonal/social skills. Ruby Behavior Consulting is committed to providing thoughtful, holistic and person-centered behavioral solutions and coaching for individuals and families experiencing interfering behaviors which impede on their access to social, educational and personal growth.
Professional development coaching can be contracted to support teams in reaching more effective communication, team-work and productivity.
I have worked in school settings, 24/7 Juvenile Rehabilitation settings, community mental health and clinical settings. This has allowed me to support families and individuals experiencing many different diagnoses and circumstances. For the past 9 years, my time has been spent navigating rural services. Rural community support is important to me, I am currently a PhD candidate studying rural advocacy.
I look forward to working with you and your family or your professional team!
